In this role, you will deliver specialist clinical psychology services, including assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation. Working closely with our experienced multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will play a key role in managing risk, guiding treatment, and supporting the overall wellbeing and recovery of our patients.

  • Complete clinical formulations and structured professional judgement risk assessments
  • Deliver and evaluate evidence-based individual and group interventions
  • Contribute to risk assessment, risk management and treatment planning within the MDT
  • Administer, score and interpret clinical and neuropsychological assessments
  • Produce high-quality written reports (e.g. CPA, Tribunal reports) and act as a professional witness when required
  • Support and guide colleagues in delivering psychologically informed interventions
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, service development and training
  • Maintain HCPC registration, CPD and compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
  • Participate in clinical and line management supervision

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Doctorate in Clinical or Forensic Psychology
  • Experience working in forensic, mental health, rehabilitation or hospital settings
  • Strong assessment, formulation and intervention skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
