About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Blackpool from January 2026. This is a temporary position until Easter, ideal for an inspiring educator who is passionate about delivering high‑quality lessons and helping students develop practical life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety in the food technology classroom
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
