We are recruiting a confident and organized Food Services Manager to lead a dedicated, high-quality workplace hospitality operation. This is a hands‑on role within a professional environment, ideal for a manager who enjoys autonomy, close client interaction and maintaining high standards across a streamlined site.
As a Food Services Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day‑to‑day performance of the operation. You will lead a close-knit front‑ and back‑of‑house team, working closely with your culinary lead to deliver a consistent, welcoming service and an excellent customer experience.
You will also take ownership of the commercial and administrative aspects of the role. A strong focus on organization, planning and attention to detail will be essential to success.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager with a background in the workplace or contract catering, who is comfortable working autonomously in a focused‑site environment. You will be highly organized, commercially aware and confident leading by example.
