• 30 Hours per week
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
• £12.21 per hour

Job Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Food Service Assistant to join our team at Vauxhall Barracks, Didcot, OX11 7ES. You\'ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient and high-quality food service to our Armed Forces Personnel, creating a positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are served to a high standard.
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of meals, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the food service areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Help with the safe storage of food items and adhere to the rotation of stock.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and support any special dietary requirements.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down food service stations, ensuring an efficient service operation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in line with Sodexo\'s policies.
• Cooking 5-6 breakfasts per week, items such as sausage, eggs, bacon
