Overview

As Food Service Assistant for Sodexo at Almondsbury Primary School, Almondsbury, Bristol, you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in an eye-catching way, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. You will work reasonable hours with public holidays off, including Christmas.

What you do
  • Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
  • Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic always.
  • Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
  • Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
  • Always uphold the reputation of the company.

Package Description
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Working pattern: Monday - Friday
  • Term Time only (39 week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks)

Equated pay (spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.
