A local authority client in South West Wales is seeking experienced Environmental Health Practitioners for Food Hygiene inspections. Candidates must hold EHORB Registration and have knowledge of Food Safety enforcement under Welsh Regulations. Overview

Our local authority client, based in South West Wales, is looking to appoint experienced EHPs to undertake a number of Food Hygiene and Standards inspections.

Responsibilities & Requirements

This role will require you to hold the EHORB Registration, updated CPDs, and knowledge of Food Safety enforcement using the Welsh Regulations.

You will be able to work flexibly but you will be required to complete the full end-to-end task to include a full inspection report and production of a letter to issue risk ratings and advise on contraventions where applicable.
