Job description

Food Production Operatives required for a busy well established food manufacturing company, this role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate. Immediate starts.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18.00

Responsibilities

• Loading machines with raw ingredients
• Product assembly on the line
• Packing of finished products
• Quality checking at all stages of production
• Ensuring correct product labelling
• Maintaining clean and tidy work area in line with food hygiene standards

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment as a Production Operative ideally; full training is provided
• Physically able to stand for long periods
• Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
• Looking for a long-term position
• Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment working to production targets
• Positive and can‑do attitude with ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (Basic English language required)
• Own transport is essential due to location
