Food & Beverage Supervisor – Carlisle Station Hotel, part of the Sure Collection by Best Western.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for hospitality to join our food and beverage team. As a key member of the food & beverage department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our hotel and in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Set the standard: ensure the restaurant and bar areas are impeccably prepared for service, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times.
• Be an ambassador: represent our hotels with outstanding customer service, upholding our brand reputation.
• Drive success: work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the team and drive revenue growth, stepping in to lead in their absence.
• Deliver excellence: focus on providing memorable and personalized food experiences for all guests.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for the Food and Beverage industry, with a desire to create exceptional experiences for guests.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food & Beverage environment.
• Authentic and passionate leadership, inspiring and motivating a team to achieve their best.
