What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high‑quality, service‑oriented operation
• A good knowledge of wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder

Hotel and Property

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4

Our property is a 165‑bedroom hotel located in Sutton Scotney, just outside Winchester. It features a Scene restaurant and bar & lounge, a terrace, afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting & event spaces. There is also a separate Manor House.
