Overview

This role as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. The role requires compassion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services to residents.

Main duties of the job

• Support residents with choosing their meal options during dining.
• Ensure dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures.
• Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented; ensure dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished throughout the day.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities include: helping residents choose meal options, setting tables to SOPs, maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, replenishing cakes/biscuits, finger foods, and fruit, and being aware of dietary requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities include: supporting residents with choosing meal options; ensuring tables are set; keeping the front of the house clean and tidy; replenishing cakes/biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit; being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
