This Food and Beverage Assistant role involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, replenishing fresh cakes/biscuits and finger food, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, have experience working in a similar setting (desirable), and possess a basic Food Hygiene Certificate (beneficial). Compassion and commitment to delivering quality culinary services to residents are essential.
