Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Scotland seeks an FM Coordinator responsible for coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance. You will manage scheduling and administration functions, ensuring successful delivery of contract works. Ideal candidates will have a customer-facing background and excellent IT skills, alongside strong communication and multitasking abilities. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role (Customer Services, Admin, PA, Project Management).
  • Experience of operating in a hard services/FM delivery environment (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
  • Lead contract administration and scheduling function.
  • Manage end to end process for all contract reactive works.
  • Ensure planned maintenance tasks are scheduled according to requirements.
  • Achieve team's performance targets and objectives.
  • Direct line management of FM Scheduler.
