Project Manager – Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance

We’re representing a leading building services provider delivering high-quality Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance across commercial, retail, public, private, and sports sectors. With a strong reputation for reliability and innovation, they’re now looking to strengthen their team with experienced Project Managers. This is an opportunity to join a progressive organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering diverse projects across Central London.

The Role

• Managing engineers against planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Coordinating specialist subcontractors for remedial works
• Driving health & safety standards across all projects
• Liaising with client site managers and building strong relationships
• Overseeing quality, compliance, and progress reporting
• Recording and valuing remedial and additional works

The Person

• Trade apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• IT literate with strong reporting skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• Full UK driving licence
