FLT Drivers - Counterbalance

Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire

Pay: £13.13 per hour

Hours: 9pm to 5am, 4on 4off – fixed nights (continental shifts)

***This is a temporary to permanent vacancy***

Fresh Start Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading client in Bilsthorpe, currently seeking reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable employment with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift to move stock within warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Transport pallets of goods between departments, storage areas, and loading bays
• Ensure all pallets are wrapped, labelled, and stored in line with company procedures
• Support stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Complete paperwork and input data into warehouse management systems as required
• Conduct daily equipment checks and promptly report any faults
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience in a similar FLT or warehouse role
• Good understanding of manual handling and warehouse safety
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
