Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to work near Skegness. The ideal candidate must hold an FLT/Counterbalance Licence and have experience in a similar environment. This role requires flexibility in working hours and an ability to work both in a team and independently. The position starts as temporary but may become continuous for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an in-date FLT Licence; REACH licence is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspection of equipment before and after shifts.
  • Complete all documentation accurately to record production.
  • Work collaboratively in a team and individually.
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations on site.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed across the team.

Overview

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative that holds an FLT/ Counterbalance Licence, for an established client based outside of Skegness.

Due to location, you must have your own transport

This role begins in a temporary position but may lead to a more continuous position, after a period of time, for the right candidate.

Location - PE24 (located between Croft and Wainfleet)

Shifts - Flexibility required between 7am-5pm

Pay - £13.15 per hour

Skills
  • Experience of working in a similar environment
  • Experienced in working on a Warehousing/ Production environment or a similar role.
  • You must be happy to work in a team and individually where flexibility will be required across different departments where training will be given.
  • Hold an in-date FLT Licence- REACH would be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily inspection at the start and end of your shift to ensure that any issues are raised, fixed or troubleshooted for any equipment/ Machines that you might be using.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately so that all production is recorded correctly.
  • Work with within a team, and individually, to ensure maximum output.
  • Be a Team Player- further duties may need your help across the team so a degree of flexibility is required.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety across Site.
