Location : Baildon / Shipley Area

Pay Rate : £13.80 per hour

Job Type : Ongoing, full-time with potential for permanent placement

Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive business with a large, modern facility in the Baildon / Shipley area. We're currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Reach) to join their hardworking, supportive team.

Your Role as an FLT Driver :

• Operate a Counterbalance or Reach FLT (depending on department)
• Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
• Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
• Perform manual handling of heavy items as required
• Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
• Comply with all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For :

• Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Reach)
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly) :

Week 1 :

Monday to Thursday : 6 : 00am – 2 : 00pm

Friday : 6 : 00am – 11 : 00am

Week 2 :

Monday to Thursday : 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm

Friday : 11 : 00am – 4 : 00pm
