We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers for one of our well-established clients based in Leamington Spa. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off rotation

Days: 9:00am - 9:00pm
Nights: 9:00pm - 9:00am

Pay Rates

£13.77 per hour - Day
£14.77 per hour - Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

Requirements

• In-date external FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (essential)
• Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating pattern
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
