Qualifications

• HND/HNC or degree in civil engineering (or equivalent), with relevant experience.
• Broad civil engineering design and construction knowledge.
• Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and ability to act as Client and Designer.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and contractors.
• Competent surveying skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual flood risk asset maintenance programme.
• Lead risk management planning and incident response preparation.
• Produce and review flood incident response plans.
• Scope, cost, and deliver asset improvement projects.
• Manage budgets across revenue and capital programmes.
• Oversee contractors and procurement activities.
