Job summary

A community support organization based in Oxford is seeking a Housing Support Worker.   • Support clients with tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals
  • Facilitate group sessions for clients
  • Handle helpline queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Champion client needs and support safe move-on pathways
  • Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to safeguarding processes
