Job summary

A leader in clinical forensic healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking personnel to serve as the first point of contact for service users at their centres. Responsibilities include administrative support, ensuring high standards in forensic processes, and liaising with various agencies for effective management of user pathways. Candidates should be able to act as advocates for service users during their visits. This role is critical in providing professional support within the SARC team.

Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact for service users.
• Administration and support process of service users and their families.
• Support the SARC Manager with day-to-day running of the centre.
• Ensure high standard of DNA anticontamination is maintained.
• Assist patients and liaise with other agencies regarding user pathway management.
• Support users and act as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
• Liaise with police, NHSE, ISVA, and social services.
• Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Administration and support process of an service users and their family visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting in the collecting of forensic evidence.
• Support the SARC Manager with day to day running of the centre.
• Ensuring that a high standard of DNA anticontamination is maintained between forensic cases (cleaning).
• Assisting patients and liaising with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
• Assisting with preparation, service user support and acting as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
• Liaise closely with wider stakeholders such as Police, NHSE, ISVA and Social services.
• Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.
