Location: Coventry

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:30pm

Contract: Temporary, 3 months

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Fleet Administrator to work for our client at their Office in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident in managing high‑volume administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process parking fines and driver penalties.
  • Manage and maintain high‑volume spreadsheets.
  • Handle a large volume of emails and telephone calls, ensuring professional and clear communication at all times.
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous fleet administration experience.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Competent to advanced Excel ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of working in high‑volume administrative environments.
  • Licence checks.
