Overview

F45 Head Fitness Trainer / Coach

Currently, we are searching for a Head Coach (HC) with over two years of management experience in fitness industry. The position of Head Coach (HC) is the studio's team leader in all manners of fitness. Alongside the Studio Manager (SM), the Head Coach is responsible for driving all areas of the business with a special focus on growing the culture, community, and process of the fitness side of operations. The direct reports include the Coaches within the F45 Studio.

• The Head Coach will report to the Studio Manager and affiliated Athletics / Performance Team.
• This is a full-time position that includes coaching pay, admin hours, as well as monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Head Coach (HC) is responsible for leading the fitness team, providing education, and providing daily direction and development. Head Coaches ensure a consistent experience for F45 members by focusing on customer service, fitness leadership, and member sales and retention in partnership with Studio Managers and Franchisees. As a Head Coach (HC), you will be responsible for assisting with member retention and satisfaction, developing a strong team of fitness coaches, and serving as a primary resource for all matters related to F45 within the studio.

F45 coaches must hold an active CPR/AED Certification, Primary NCCA approved certification, and agree to continued education.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

• Supplemental pay types: Retention bonus

• Sales: 2 years (preferred)
• Nutrition Support: 1 year (preferred)
