The Role

You’ll work on a broad spectrum of regulatory matters including disciplinary proceedings, NHSE and CQC investigations, supporting both private care providers and NHS Resolution. This role suits a driven legal professional with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, a solid grounding in healthcare regulation, and proven advocacy experience. With a steady pipeline of complex instructions, the firm offers a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, including Fitness to Practise, NHSE and CQC investigations
• Deliver expert legal advice and representation to healthcare professionals and organisations
• Engage in advocacy across various forums
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal training initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–8 years’ PQE
• Demonstrable experience in healthcare regulatory law, particularly Fitness to Practise cases
• Confident advocate with experience in hearings and tribunals
• Skilled in managing both routine and complex regulatory matters
• Deep understanding of the healthcare legal landscape
