Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of fitness classes
• Provide consultations, including one-to-one sessions, assessments, and wellness guidance
• Host wellness and mindfulness talks or workshops
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure every interaction is positive
• Work closely with the spa and wellness team, including flexibility for weekend shifts
• Provide shift cover as required
• Promote a healthy lifestyle throughout the retreat
• Support occasional fitness instructor tasks as needed
