Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality MOVE sessions and group training classes to gym members
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all gym users
• Contribute to new member sales and retention efforts
• Participate in gym events and challenges to engage and motivate members
• Maintain a clean and well-presented gym environment
• Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans for clients
• Offer guidance on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
• Support the wider team in promoting secondary products to drive profitability
• Adapt training programmes to suit various fitness levels and individual needs
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and best practices in the industry

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
• CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practitioner' Level
