Qualifications

Their expertise spans across various systems, including innovative wall mist technology (think fine mist nozzles), all while delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.

With over 30 years in the industry, they’re proud to be at the forefront of fire safety and are looking for a dedicated Fire Suppression Water Systems Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing, maintaining, and servicing water‑mist solutions used in fire suppression systems.
  • Applying your knowledge of fire‑prevention systems to ensure everything runs at peak performance.
  • Working across commercial sites, maintaining water pipes, pumps, and associated equipment.
  • Aiding with both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
What Our Client is Looking For
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with water pipes, pumps, or fire suppression systems in a commercial setting.
  • Skills: Experience with large water pumps and fire suppression systems; experience with sprinklers is a plus.
  • Background: Ideally from a commercial mechanical background (installation/fixing of water pipes/pumps); electrical M&E experience is a bonus.
  • Location: Based within the London area.
  • Clearance: Pass an enhanced level 1 background check; a clean record is essential.
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
What’s In It For You
  • Salary: £38,000–£45,000 based on your experience, plus a profit share.
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half, approved by management.
  • Holiday: 24 days a year + bank holidays. Plus, an extra day for every 5 years of service and another day at 10 years of service.

  • Tools: Van, uniform, and specialist tools provided. For the regular stuff, you bring your own, but we’ll cover key equipment.
