Job summary

A leading fire and security services provider in Plymouth seeks an experienced Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer to collaborate with the Installations Team on various projects. This role requires working on CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm Systems, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have a technical background in electrical/electronic fields and prior installation experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Fire & Security Installation Experience.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Work on small projects on CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
  • Liaise with the Lead Engineer on all troublesome sites.

Skills

Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
Experience of working in a similar role previously
Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
Experience of front-line customer contact
Self-motivated and able to organise workload
Highly organised and professional
Full UK Driving Licence
