• Experience working as a Fire Risk Assessor in residential or sleeping-risk environments.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with residents.
• Confident managing a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Fire Risk Assessments across various property types.
• Manage a programme of FRAs and respond to fire safety queries.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure fire safety actions are understood.
