A leading recruitment agency is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to support a Council in meeting fire safety regulations. The role involves conducting assessments for complex residential buildings, providing safety advice, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should possess a Level 5 qualification in fire safety, at least 5 years of assessment experience, and strong communication skills. The position is hybrid, combining site visits with office or home working, offering a day rate of £311.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team and support the Council in meeting its statutory obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving fire safety outcomes across our residential portfolio, including some of our most complex and high‑risk buildings.
Duration: Now until March 2026 (Potential to extend). Day Rate: £311
