Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable experience in fire remediation and façade works.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC procedures and HS&E legislation required.
• Valid CSCS card for managerial level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of fire remediation schemes and ensure highest standards.
• Produce and present monthly progress and HS&E reports.
• Manage communication with clients and stakeholders throughout projects.
