Job Summary

Our client is a busy and growing Building Services outfit seeking a motivated Fire Damper / Ventilation Engineer to inspect, survey, and service fire dampers and ventilation systems. This role involves evaluating compliance, performing remedial duties, drop testing, cleaning, installing access panels, and reporting on system performance. The position offers further training and development into other industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and survey existing Fire Damper and Ventilation systems (e.g. kitchen extract, canopy, AHU and ductwork)
• Identify remedial duties and system performance issues
• Perform drop testing on Fire Dampers
• Clean existing ventilation systems
• Install access panels
• Produce detailed service reports with photographs
• Work to industry safety measures
• Meet or exceed work deadlines
• Represent the company professionally

Qualifications & Experience
