The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Administrator to join a fast-paced, growing business. You don’t need previous fire and security experience - what matters most is your organisation, people skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting engineers and clients, helping to keep projects and service contracts running smoothly. You’ll spend time both in the office and out on sites, building relationships and gaining valuable exposure to how the business operates day to day.

Responsibilities
  • Managing engineer diaries, scheduling work, and updating job records.
  • Answering incoming calls and handling client queries with professionalism.
  • Liaising with engineers, clients, and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Visiting sites to meet clients face to face, building stronger relationships.
  • Supporting general office administration and assisting the wider team where needed.
About You
  • Confident on the phone, with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Personable and approachable - you enjoy building strong working relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen to learn and develop in a growing industry.
The Package
  • Basic salary: £26,000 - £28,000
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Private healthcare after 2 years - extended to immediate family

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and people skills who wants more than a desk-only role - you'll be part of a supportive team, with the chance to get out, meet clients, and really be at the heart of the business
