M Pro Recruitment is working with a growing Fire & Security systems provider to recruit an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer due to continued expansion.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of Fire & Security systems across a varied client base. This role focuses on planned maintenance contracts with some reactive support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled 6/12-monthly service visits
  • Service and fault-find Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and related systems
  • Ensure systems remain compliant and fully operational
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately
  • Communicate professionally with clients on site
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Fire & Security service and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms and CCTV
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally based within a reasonable commute of the Thatcham area
