We also provide the science, technology, data, and international insights and collaboration capabilities to drive delivery.
The Forensic Information Databases Service (FINDS) manages national systems that link forensic evidence from crime scenes to individuals, including arrestees, vulnerable persons, and missing persons. These systems include the National DNA Database (NDNAD), IDENT1 (fingerprints), and the National Footwear Database. The service ensures the integrity and accuracy of records across these platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the criminal justice system in maintaining the integrity of the National DNA Database (NDNAD).
Data Reconciliation Analyst, you will support police forces and key stakeholders by investigating and resolving data anomalies on the NDNAD and Police National Computer (PNC). Your work will help maintain the quality and reliability of national forensic data, contributing to public safety and justice.
Due to the business requirements of this role, it is only available on a full-time basis. The system access required for this role means there is no option for any home working, full office attendance is expected.
