Associate Wealth Director

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat is 9am till 1pm)

Working Location: Alexandra

Starting Salary: From $2,400 (Depends on experience & qualifications)

Job Description
  • Support and report to Group Director, handle recruitment, supervise Wealth Manager and ensure the unit comply with all policies and regulations.
  • Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of Wealth Manager.
  • Build and develop through supervision, training and coaching activities.
  • Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan. The activities include conducting coaching sessions, joint field work and meetings for their Wealth Manager.
  • Prepare for coaching and meeting sessions.
  • Establish goals for the unit.
  • Attend Branch meetings, company events and training.
  • Pursue professional competence courses.
  • Ensure Wealth Manager is competent to perform the roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and develop potential Wealth Manager to assume future leadership roles.
  • Assist Group Director in the development of the Branch.
Requirements
  • Min full A level & Local Polytechnic Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of wealth management or investment experience.
