Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and management accounts and LLP financial statements.
• Assist the tax team with transfer pricing and compliance.
• Reconcile between group and local accounts.
• Liaise with Auditors and Finance Managers.

Overview

Totum Partners are working with an international Law firm who are seeking to hire a Financial Reporting Accountant to join their Central London office who are currently in the process of growing their Finance function.

Financial Reporting Accountant

Based in Central London

2 Days-a-Week Working from Home

Responsibilities

• Preparation of statutory and management accounts and LLP financial statements
• Provide assistance to the tax team with transfer pricing, maintaining compliance
• Reconciliation between group and local accounts
• Liaising with Auditors and Finance Managers for audits
• Keep informed as to regulatory changes and ensure compliance to new developments
• Review and improvement of internal processes

Experience / Qualifications

• APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LAW OR ACCOUNTING FIRM (OR OTHER LLP)
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Experience with preparation of statutory accounts
• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and VAT
