Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or QBE with significant relevant experience.
• Strong experience in financial planning within social housing.
• Proven experience with Brixx financial model.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the preparation and maintenance of the 30-year financial plan.
• Act as a finance business partner for non-finance stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit quarterly NROSH returns.
