Overview

Our Financial Planning and Analysis team sits within Macquarie Asset Management and supports the business to execute on its strategy while investing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, portfolio companies and communities. What role will you play?

Leading a team of 17 across Sydney, Gurugram, and Mumbai, you will be responsible for reporting and analytics to support senior stakeholders across the business, informing the strategic decisions of the CFO, Group Head and Executive Committee of Macquarie Asset Management, and contributing to investor representations given by the CEO and CFO of the wider Macquarie Group. You will provide performance data, help drive the delivery of objectives and key results, and use analytics to support business decisions and performance, utilising excellent communication skills to concisely distil complex problems into succinct messages. You will also be tasked with fostering a high-performance team culture, displaying exceptional people leadership skills and collaborating with business leaders regarding anticipated and emerging opportunities. Please note this is a contract position lasting 12 months.
