Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.

Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.

Responsibilities
  • Client correspondence, written and verbal
  • Processing new business, pension, investment & protection
  • Chasing providers/insurers
  • Preparation of client review packs
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary
  • Illustration requests
  • Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software
  • Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
  • General back-office support
