As a Financial Lines Underwriter you will be:

• Underwriting and negotiating new and/or renewal Professional Indemnity, D&O and Crime business within your authority
• Building & maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement
• Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth
• Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices
• Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
• Representing our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed

Your skills and experience:

To be successful in your role of Financial Lines Underwriter you will require:

• Preferably experience in Professional Indemnity, D&O or Crime Underwriting but we may be able to consider other classes of business.
• A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to build & maintain relationships with brokers
