Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller | Hands-On, High-Growth, High-Impact

£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus

5 days on-site | PE-backed SME

What You’ll Own

This is a proper, end-to-end finance role where you'll be the backbone of the numbers:

• Month-end, financial accounting, balance sheet and cash flow
• Variance analysis, covenants and EBITDA support
• Product margins and improving reporting tools (Power BI)
• Balance sheet recs and day-to-day control
• Budgeting, forecasting and VAT across a few countries
• Audit support, payroll checks and general all-round finance support

Who You Are

• Either an experienced FC/FM who likes staying hands-on, or a strong Accountant ready for step-up
