The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you’ll:

• Lead month‑end, management reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Drive finance process improvement and systems optimisation
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
• Build trusted partnerships with client teams — providing commercial challenge and insight
• Manage and develop a small but ambitious finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience within creative/agency/marketing sectors strongly preferred
• Confident business partner with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders
• Hands‑on mindset with the ambition to grow as the agency scales
