A growing SME business in Reigate is seeking a competent Financial Controller for a 12-month interim position. The role involves leading a team of 3 and is focused on preparing month-end reports and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, along with experience in business partnering with senior leaders. The successful candidate will be:

• Experience in month‑end and year‑end reporting – knowledge of IFRS is a must
• Able to demonstrate strong core technical accounting knowledge – UK GAAP legislation and statutory requirements
• Available to start in January/Feb 2026.
