Responsibilities include; Safeguarding the financial health of the company, by overseeing all financial operations. Ensures the delivery of accurate financial reporting, implementation of robust internal controls and provision of strategic insights that drive long term sustainability.

Key requirements;

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial consolidation.

• Deliver monthly financial KPI reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and strategic decision making.

• Coordinate the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts, aligning financial plans with business objectives.

• Support informed decision-making by providing financial insights, trend analysis, variance reporting and scenario modelling.

• Review and monitor internal control processes to safeguard company assets, and ensure compliance with company policies, and regulatory standards.

• Lead and develop the management accounts, payroll and accounts payable teams. • Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information and smooth collaboration with auditors.

• Continuously evaluate and improve financial and accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Support the implementation and optimisation of financial systems and tools to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Essential

Qualified accountant: CIMA/ ACA /ACCA

Previous experience in a similar role

Desirable

Experience with systems: Business Central (previously Dynamics NAV), Jet Reports, Power BI, financial modelling.

Please note this is a role based full time within the Ringwood office.
