Description

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, with insightful analysis for decision‑making.
• Oversee cashflow, cost control, and performance reviews, providing commercial insight to drive profitability.
• Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and liaise with auditors.
• Drive process improvements and implement robust internal controls.
• Act as a trusted business partner across departments and a key member of the Senior Management Team.

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
• Strong SME or manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to lead a finance function and deliver both operational and strategic support.
• Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
