Remote: Hybrid. We are looking for a Project Finance Senior Analyst to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization at Inizio. This role supports the financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on Order to Cash related activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to contribute as a trusted partner within complex order to cash activities of a global organization. You will contribute operational excellence to accurate client billing, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Based out of our Manchester, UK office and operating on a hybrid basis, the position reports to Project Finance leadership (Supervisor or Team Lead).

Responsibilities
  • Process Support: Coordinate process transitions and knowledge transfer across teams, contributing to documentation and scalable practices.
  • Project Finance Operations: Maintain and update project systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Lead complex billing and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Identify and resolve systemic issues and inefficiencies in project setup or invoicing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Drive collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support the Order to Cash process and respond to queries.
  • Compliance & Controls: Support adherence to SLAs, finance policies, and internal controls including SOX compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Major contributor to process enhancements by identifying simplification opportunities and supporting automation initiatives.
  • Team Culture: Encourage by example a collaborative, high‑performance team environment. Mentor new hires.
  • Other: Perform other duties as required.

Note: As the team continues to drive automation and efficiency, responsibilities may evolve. Flexibility and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 years in finance, accounting, or audit, may include related internships. End‑to‑end OTC and project finance process experience within a shared services environment is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Comfortable working with numbers and financial data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Systems: Skilled in Excel, finance systems, and billing tools. Oracle and AI tools experience is a plus.
  • Continuous Improvement: Interest in identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Focus: Build professional, responsive relationships across teams.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Open to change and able to work in a dynamic environment. Quick to absorb new information and apply it effectively.
