Key Responsibilities


  • Analyse financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Track KPIs and prepare dashboards and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.

  • Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.

  • Support in identifying cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial analysis or management accounting role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.

  • Experience using financial systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.

  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop suitable for remote work.
