You are a high achieving business builder who will manage your own insurance agency with the full support of an established company. As an independent contracted Financial Advisor of Co-operators, you will build strong, visible ties to the community and will cultivate long-term relationships with your clients. Through use of our exclusive technology, tools and processes, you will help Canadians assess, define and implement solutions to meet their financial security needs.
Expected Salary Range: $63,963.00to$106,605.00CAD
*The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics
