Job summary

A financial advisory firm in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients. You will analyze financial situations, recommend investment strategies, and maintain relationships with a book of approximately 45-50 clients. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) and is FCA registered. Competitive salary between £65,000-£100,000 is offered.

• Registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

My Cheltenham based client has a new vacancy for a Financial Advisor to join their small team to provide all aspects of financial advice to a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised financial advice to clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Analyse clients’ financial situations and develop comprehensive financial plans
• Offer recommendations on investments, pensions, bonds, insurance, and other financial products
• Keep up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and industry trends
• Take on a book of around 45-50 existing client and continue to build and maintain long‑term relationships with them
• Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent
• Registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
