We are present in 7 European countries (FR, NL, UK, IT, GER, PL, and BEL) and expect 2025 revenues of close to €600M. We are a key European player in the fast-growing cybersecurity space, with organic growth exceeding 15% year-on-year. Backed by Keensight Capital, we are pursuing an ambitious growth plan.

Your role as Financial Accountant

You will process purchase invoices, expense declarations, bank statements and book sales invoices. You will also manage internal and external communication regarding these processes, working closely with the UK Business Operations Team. This role will require strong leadership, hands‑on operational expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple countries. You will have regular interactions with the Netherlands-based Head of Finance Administration in order to discuss and implement best‑in‑class processes and tooling improvements/upgrades.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Lead and optimise finance administration processes for Nomios UK&I.
  • Manage purchase invoices, expense processing, and supplier master data accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounting and reporting.
  • Prepare payments.
  • Support month‑end close procedures, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Optimise supplier payment terms relative to customer payment terms.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and efficiency in purchase‑to‑pay processes.
  • Collaborate with UK Business Operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance administration (automation, systems, efficiency).

We hire smart, high‑energy people! You should be conscientious, analytical, and reliable, with the ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast‑paced environment. A good sense of humour is a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Requirements include:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance administration.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Self‑starter with hands‑on expertise in purchase‑to‑pay cycle.
  • Accurate and results oriented.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

  • Hours: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:30pm.
  • Travel: The role includes travel within the UK, with some overnight stays, and occasional international trips when required.
